We'd love to hear from you
Whether you've a nutrition question, a recipe request, or a media or partnership idea, the Dietitian Without Borders team reads every message. We're a resource, not a clinic — so for anything personal, we'll always point you toward a registered dietitian who can care for you one-to-one.
Get in touch
Tell us what's on your mind and we'll get back to you. For general nutrition questions we usually reply within a few working days; press enquiries are flagged and answered faster. Please don't share sensitive health details here — we can't give individual medical advice, but we can point you to the right kind of help.
What happens after you hit send
No black box, no auto-funnel into a sales pitch. Here's the honest path your message takes.
We read it — a real person
Every message lands with the Dietitian Without Borders team. We sort general questions, recipe requests, and press separately so nothing slips through.
We reply or signpost
If it's something we can answer with an evidence-led explainer, we will — often by pointing you to the right guide. If it's personal or clinical, we'll help you find a registered dietitian.
We keep your details quiet
We only use your email to reply to you. No selling on, no spammy lists, and no medical information stored.
“We can hand you the evidence and help you ask better questions — but the moment a question is about your body, your medicines, or your diagnosis, the right answer is a registered dietitian who can sit with you. We'll always say so.”
Before you write to us
Can you tell me what I personally should eat?
Not directly, and we'd be doing you a disservice if we tried. We publish general, evidence-led explainers — not personalised plans. For tailored advice that accounts for your health, medications and goals, you'll want a registered dietitian. Your GP can refer you, or you can find one through a national dietetic body such as the British Dietetic Association.
I think I have a medical condition — can you help?
We can't diagnose or treat anything, and nothing on this site is a substitute for medical care. If you're worried about symptoms, please speak to your GP or another healthcare professional. If it's urgent, contact your local emergency services.
Can I suggest a recipe or guide topic?
Yes please — choose 'A recipe request' in the form. We can't promise to cover everything, but reader requests genuinely shape what we write next, from quick weeknight dinners to low-FODMAP staples.
Are you available for press, podcasts or partnerships?
We're happy to talk to journalists and to explore partnerships that fit our evidence-led, non-commercial ethos. Pick 'Press & media' and include your outlet, deadline and what you're after.
Will my message be added to a marketing list?
No. We use your email only to reply. We don't sell contact details or fold enquiries into automated marketing.

Our guides cover the questions we're asked most — from sports fuelling and gut-friendly eating to plant-based plates and gluten-free living. Plain-spoken, evidence-led, and free.
