What are your sport nutrition struggles as a cyclist?
Back when I was trying to decide what sort of course to create I surveyed a huge number of cyclists asking what they struggled with when it came to sports nutrition.
They said they struggled with:
- The best way to lose weight without compromising power
- Knowing what to eat during a training ride
- Whether fasted rides could help them lose weight
- How to avoid overeating after long training rides
- Whether supplements were really worth trying
