For Coeliac Awareness Week here in the UK, I’ve decided to share my favourite UK based gluten-free blogs along with a couple of their best posts. As a dietitian who has multiple family members with coeliac disease, I’ve always been interested in gluten free baking, trying out different recipes and experimenting with gluten free flours. These blogs are a great source of inspiration and advice that can really help people with coeliac disease on their gluten free journey.
Rosie (Gluten Free Rosie) is a current dietitian-in-training who was diagnosed with coeliac disease in her early teens. Running a very successful gluten-free supper club in London (which I hope one day to attend), she has a great blog full of delicious gluten free recipes and current nutrition topics that I always enjoy reading.
